Revamping PayDownHero: Simplifying User Experience
The PayDownHero app helps users efficiently pay off their car loans faster by automatically rounding up their daily transactions and consistently applying the extra money directly to their loans.

The old PayDownHero app had a complicated user flow, and its design did not match the company's new branding, making it difficult for users to navigate and use the app effectively.
The solution involved conducting an analysis of the existing app, creating user flows, and designing an interactive prototype to test the app. The UI design was simplified, making it easy for users to view available loans on cars and send additional payments with only a few clicks.

Using the feedback from our testing, we began to design the user interface.
Challenges
We created a design system that included typography, color schemes, and iconography to ensure consistency throughout the application. We also included an onboarding process to help new users understand how the application works and its features.
Our design team began by conducting an analysis of the old application, identifying areas that needed improvement, and analyzing the target audience. Wae then created a user persona, which helped us better understand our target audience's needs and goals.
