UI/UX, Development
When the client originally reached out to us, he was looking for a trusted team to design messenger based on Converse JS with the ability to make calls using Jitsi Meets. We had to create responsive designs for desktop and mobile. The messenger needed a mode for registered and anonymous users and all functionality from Converse JS and Jitsi Meets adopting the client's brand book.

Since we used ready-made frameworks, we didn't need to think over the functionality.
Challenges
We started by analyzing two frameworks to figure out how we can combine them into one platform. After the Discovery phase, we mapped all the possible user journeys to produce detailed product requirements. Next, we created wireframes and a prototype to see the general structure of the platform. We tested different messengers intending to find a solution to several problems. As a result, in the shortest possible time, we were able to introduce a clear understanding and general concept of the future platform.
